Quality Assurance - Growth
The Apostolidis Group, is entirely in accordance with the Quality Assurance System based on the international quality standard ISO 9001: 2015, and is committed to providing products certified for their excellent quality and of course for safe use by the general public. The main goals of the company are to maximize customer satisfaction, develop consumer trust of the Group as well as increase its value, through the following:
- the continuous effort to ensure quality products and providing satisfactory customer service
- state of the art production technology, time delivery management for the distribution of products at the lowest possible cost for the company and its customers
- renewing and improving the mechanical equipment.
Customer Relationship Management
As part of the company’s business development, a CRM system was implemented with two-way integration to the company’s ERP, enhancing operational efficiency and the quality of partner service. This project is carried out within the framework
of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan Greece 2.0, funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.
