ACA Lighting Apostolidis serves exclusively professional partners (B2B) and does not conduct sales to end consumers. The Company is committed to the secure, organized, and timely distribution of its products, with full transparency regarding shipping terms, in accordance with its Integrated Management System (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, ISO / IEC 27001:2013, ISO 50001:2018, ISO 39001:2012, ISO / IEC 27001:2022) and based on the principles of continuous improvement.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days following confirmation of product availability.
- Special-order items or large quantities may require additional time, which will be communicated in writing.
- For projects, delivery time is determined according to the agreed project schedule.
2. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on volume, weight, palletization, and destination.
- The final cost is confirmed prior to dispatch.
- Transportation costs are not included in product prices unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- For large or recurring orders, a special commercial shipping agreement may be arranged.
3. Shipping Methods
Shipments may be carried out via:
- A transport company cooperating with ACA Lighting Apostolidis
- A carrier selected by the customer
- Collection from the Company’s premises
- International shipments under agreed Incoterms
The shipping method is agreed upon prior to invoicing.
4. Domestic Shipments (Within Greece)
- Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days, depending on the region.
- Delivery to business premises or construction sites upon prior arrangement.
- Partial shipments may be arranged depending on product availability.
5. International Shipments
- Delivery times depend on the destination country and customs procedures.
- Duties, taxes, and other charges are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
- The Company is not responsible for delays due to customs or governmental inspections.
6. Shipment Tracking
- Where available, a bill of lading number or tracking number is provided.
- Tracking system updates may require 24–48 hours.
7. Damages or Loss During Transport
- The recipient must inspect the products upon delivery.
- Any visible damage must be noted on the transport document.
- The Company must be informed in writing within 48 hours, accompanied by photographic evidence.
- In case of loss, the Company cooperates with the carrier to investigate the incident.
8. Transfer of Responsibility – EXW Terms
- For shipments under Ex Works (EXW) terms, responsibility and risk transfer to the buyer once the goods are made available for collection.
- The buyer assumes responsibility for transport, insurance, and product inspection.
9. Limitation of Liability
ACA Lighting Apostolidis shall not be liable for:
- Delays due to force majeure
- Delays caused by transport companies
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping details
- Delays resulting from governmental or customs inspections
In case of errors in shipping details, the responsible department will promptly contact the customer for correction.
10. Continuous Improvement
The Company systematically monitors the performance of its shipping procedures and takes corrective actions where necessary, aiming to improve quality, efficiency, and safety across all B2B transactions.
