At ACA Lighting Apostolidis, orders are managed with the aim of providing efficient, fast and secure service to our professional partners (B2B).

1. Via Sales Department / Telephone

• Partners can place orders directly through the company’s Sales Department.
• Orders are recorded and product availability is confirmed.
• Special orders or large quantities are discussed and confirmed in writing.

2. Via Email

• Orders can be sent to the company's official order emails:
  (exportsdep@acalight.gr)
• Each order is confirmed in writing, including availability details and estimated delivery time.

3. Via Electronic Platform / via our new e-Shop B2B
Partners can select products, quantities and shipping methods directly through the platform.

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

• After submission, the Order Department confirms product availability and the estimated delivery time.
• An order number or reference is provided for tracking the order’s progress.

5. Special Orders & Projects

• For projects or special orders, delivery timeframes and terms are determined upon mutual agreement.
