The following terms and conditions exclusively govern the sale of products and/or services via the COMPANY’s online store on www.acalight.gr (hereinafter the “website”). Any other terms and conditions are explicitly excluded. Any user who accesses and conducts transactions or uses the services of the online store (hereinafter the “Customer” or “User”) is deemed to fully accept these terms, as well as the terms, conditions, and disclaimers set forth in the sections titled “Purchase & Return Terms” and “Payment Methods” (hereinafter the “terms of use and operation”), which you are encouraged to read using the relevant links at the bottom of the main page of the online store before any transaction. Users who do not agree with these terms must refrain from using the online store and from making any transactions. The COMPANY reserves the right to change the terms of use at any time.

1. Information & Products

The COMPANY commits to providing truthful, accurate, and complete information on the online store regarding the identity and details of both the COMPANY and its suppliers, as well as the main characteristics of products or services offered. The COMPANY is not responsible for any technical or typographical errors made inadvertently, unintentionally, or due to force majeure, which will be corrected once the COMPANY becomes aware of them.

2. Limitation of Liability

The COMPANY fully complies with the provisions of the Civil Code regarding sales, the Consumer Code of Conduct (Presidential Decree 10/2017), and the provisions of Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, as amended and applied.

The COMPANY ensures regular updates of electronic information regarding product and service availability. However, due to the time required to update the system and possible errors or oversights, availability indications may not always be accurate when a customer checks a product/service or places an order. For high-demand products or special offers, availability may change between adding an item to the “cart” and submitting an order. Products marked as “available on request,” “coming soon,” or similar may not be delivered by suppliers for reasons beyond the COMPANY’s control. By placing an order or completing a transaction, the customer acknowledges these possibilities. In such cases, the COMPANY will inform the customer and propose alternatives (e.g., longer wait, substitute product, cancellation). Beyond this, the COMPANY has no further obligation or liability.

The COMPANY makes every effort to provide high-quality services daily. In good faith, it does not guarantee the absence of errors in product features, photos, or prices on the website and cannot ensure there will be no errors during the entry or update of product details or prices.

The COMPANY is not liable for unauthorized or illegal third-party interventions in products, services, or information offered through the online store. All documents and announcements on the server are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The COMPANY is not responsible for any damages or moral harm resulting from the inability to provide support services.

3. User Responsibility

Users may use the website according to the law and good practices. Users are solely responsible for the content of their transactions. The COMPANY does not modify or intervene in user-submitted data. Users must accurately complete fields such as name, address, message, etc., in online contact forms. Use of the website is subject to Greek, EU, and international law, and users agree not to use the site to violate these laws.

All content on the online store, including trade names, trademarks, images, graphics, photos, designs, and text, is the intellectual property of the COMPANY or licensed from third parties for exclusive use in operating the online store, protected under Greek, EU, and international law.

Software available for download from the server is also intellectual property of the COMPANY. Names, logos, and distinguishing marks representing the ACA brand or third-party products/services are registered trademarks and may not be used without permission.
