As part of the company’s operational development, a CRM system was implemented with bidirectional integration with the company’s ERP system, enhancing operational efficiency and the quality of partner service.

The project was carried out under the program “Development of Digital Products and Services” of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0,” funded by the European Union’s NextGenerationEU.
