ACA Lighting Apostolidis | B2B Policy
At ACA Lighting Apostolidis, shipments are organized with the aim of ensuring safe, structured and timely delivery of products to our partners (B2B).
1. By transport or courier of the customer's choice
- The customer may choose their own freight forwarder or courier service.
- In this case, all transportation costs are borne exclusively by the customer.
- The company prepares the goods for collection and coordinates loading however, responsibility is transferred to the customer once the products are handed over to the selected carrier.
2. Partial or Special Shipments
- In cases of large orders or limited product availability, shipments may be made in partial deliveries.
- The shipping method and schedule are agreed upon in advance with the customer.
3. International Shipments
- International shipments are carried out according to agreed Incoterms (e.g., EXW, FCA).
- Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- ACA Lighting Apostolidis is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or government inspections.
