Return Policy

At ACA Lighting Apostolidis, returns are handled according to the following terms and conditions:
1. Inspection upon Delivery
Please carry out a thorough inspection of the
products upon receipt.
For broken or damaged (crushed) products, sole responsibility lies with the
freight company / courier that delivered the order. In such cases, the customer
must immediately submit a relevant claim to the transport company.
2. Return Approval Process
Returns are accepted only after prior written approval from our company.
The customer is required to:
- Submit a written return request.
- Attach the relevant Purchase Invoice and Delivery Note (DN).
- Clearly state on the Delivery Note the indication: “For Inspection” or “For Repair.”
Returns must be sent within the first fifteen (15) days of each month and in their original packaging.
3. Product Inspection & Charges
In the event of return of:
- Products from another company
- Products declared as defective where no fault or malfunction is found
- Products showing signs of misuse or incorrect installation/connection by the installer
The company reserves the right to impose a relevant charge for inspection and handling.
4. Spare Parts & Defective Claims
Requests for spare parts must be accompanied by:
- Photographic and/or video evidence of the defective product
- The completed Refund Form file
5. Credit Notes – No
Refund Policy
No refunds are provided.
The value of approved returns is offset against future orders through the
issuance of a credit note as follows:
- 100% of the original value, in case of company liability.
- 85% of the original value, in case of incorrect ordering by the customer.
6. Non-Returnable Products
Returns are not accepted for:
- Used lamps or products without their original packaging.
- Low-voltage lamps (12V, 24V, 42V).
- Incandescent, halogen (iodine), ECO, CFL, Edison-type and discharge lamps.
- Dimmable lamps that have not been connected to the company’s recommended dimmers.
