Our company, ACA LIGHTING APOSTOLIDIS, www.acalight.gr, hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” “we,” or “us,” headquartered in the Industrial Area of Serres and specializing in the processing and trading of lighting and electrical materials, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 679/2016, Chapter III, Article 13, wishes to inform you about the nature and use of the personal data we collect from you during your visits to our facilities or our website.
Principles Regarding the Processing of Personal Data

Personal Data We Process
The term “personal data” refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. Such information includes:
- Identity Information: First and last name, Tax Identification Number (TIN).
- Contact Information: Home address, personal email, phone number.
- Payment Information: IBAN.
- Order Information: Product code, shipping address, quantity, and price.
- Job Applications: Full name, personal email, phone number, education, and employment history provided in the CV.
Collection of Personal Data
In addition to personal contact with customers, suppliers, and partners, we collect data through emails or other correspondence, such as faxes and telephone orders.
By accepting “cookies,” you also provide us with technical information such as your browser version, computer model, operating system, internet service provider, etc. Additionally, as you navigate online, you provide information about your preferences or previous visits to our website. Website visitors can adjust their browser settings to receive alerts about the types of cookies used and choose to block them.
When you apply for a job through our website or via email, your CV remains in our database for one year and may be accessed periodically during this time for future job opportunities.
We have also installed cameras outside our facilities and inside our warehouse to protect personnel and property from unauthorized access. These cameras monitor only our premises. CCTV warning signs are visible to all employees and visitors. Footage is stored for up to 15 days unless accessed earlier by us or by an authority for investigation purposes.
Why Do We Store and Process Personal Data?
The Company and/or third parties acting on our behalf process personal data solely for the purpose of trading electrical and lighting products.
With your consent, we may use your personal data to provide carefully tailored offers for upcoming events and promotional campaigns that may be of interest to you.
Personal data you provide via our email address helps facilitate communication and enables us to respond to your messages. We guarantee that this information will not be used for any purpose other than those described in this Privacy Policy without prior notice or consent.
How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Data?
Your personal data is stored in a secure space with controlled access for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and for the duration of our collaboration, unless legal requirements demand that we retain data for a specific period before destruction or if the Company needs to retain data to defend its legal rights in judicial or regulatory matters.
